I have not tried the X52 profile since i do own the Pro version.
Profile is set for TrackIR Centering only and for Pedal usage. Rotarys are not assigned and free to use for your comfort in the game controls option.

PS!!!!
Slider must be set to MIDDLE position when using speedbrakes or it will block other commands.
Set wanted speedbrake position and set slider back to mid position.

Saitek X52 Profiler
Saitek X52 Profile. This is my Saitek X52 HOTAS profile for DCS A-10, P-51 and FC3. All three profiles in one file. I focused mainly on the A-10C since that's the simulator I play and know most. The P-51 and FC3 got a little less love, so I'm sure those profiles could be tweaked a bit. Unfortunately I have no image of the profile, but I labeled all the buttons within the profile editor. Here is my Saitek X-52 Pro profile for anyone that wants to try it, modify it to their own liking or simply use this post as a guide to setting up their own profile. There are 50+ main functions mapped with this profile with at least 25 on the throttle and 25 on the flight stick. They are as follows.
